A: Yes, your data is safe on the ExperCraft system. The ExperCraft system was carefully designed by a Web professional to provide fast, stable and trouble free operation. The system automatically stores multiple copies of all data.

Q: Is Simple Log really free?

A: Yes, ExperCraft Simple Log is free for anyone building or restoring an experimental or production airplane, helicopter or any other type of aircraft. Upgrades are available which provide functionality beyond what Simple Log offers but these upgrades are optional.

Q: Can I get my own Web address (domain name)?

A: Yes. If you are using the Simple Log Web site hosting service you may choose to purchase your own Web address (i.e. www.RobsRV7.com). Whether you already own a domain name or would like to purchase one ExperCraft can configure custom Web addresses to point to your ExperCraft Web site. Registration fees apply.

Q: Can I use ExperCraft if I have a Mac?

A: Yes. ExperCraft works with any computer. Your computer must at least have a dial up or high speed connection to the Internet.

Q: Can I update my log from work?

A: Yes! ExperCraft log systems can be updated from any Internet connected computer
