Is there any software to download/install?

No. This is a Web-based product which means that you only need a Web browser and an Internet connection to use it. Updates and new features are added automatically
Does it work with (Windows 7, Mac, Linux)?

Yes! This product has been designed to be used with any computer or device that can view normal Web pages.
I don't know anything about computers - can I still use ExperCraft to log my project?

Yes! This product is called "Simple Log" for a good reason. It is VERY easy to use. No matter if you're a software engineeer or a computer newbie (new user) you'll have no trouble tracking your project and using the other great features with ease.
I'm worried about my data - what happens if your server crashes?

ExperCraft uses industry-grade hardware and software. Additionally all data is automatically backed up to several alternate locations to minmize the potential for lost data. Since 2004 no data has ever been lost. And we plan to keep it that way.
Will ExperCraft still be around in (3, 5, 10) years when I'm still building my project?

That is the plan! ExperCraft has been storing and organizing information for aircraft builders since 2004. We are a growing company and plan to be around for a very long time.
